Primary School Key Stage 2 Teacher (September) - Telford
Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for teaching young learners in Key Stage 2? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in Telford to provide PPA cover across Key Stage 2 from September 2023 to September 2024.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Key Stage 2 students during PPA sessions.
* Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning.
* Collaborate with the Key Stage 2 teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
* Uphold the school's values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
* A solid understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
* Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
* Dedication to continuous professional development and a commitment to staying abreast of educational developments.
