40 Hours Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours – Start Time between 8am to 10am) 

Office Manager required for a truly market leading supplier of high-performance electronics components used within a vast range of electronic products such as home appliances, computers, TVs, etc. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who can offer job security and flexible working hours.

The successful candidate will need experience working within office administration and will hold office management experience. Candidates from any industry background are encouraged to apply. You need to be confident using Excel and have experience creating and using PivotTables. 

The focus of this role will be overseeing all general operations within the office. This will involve greeting visitors, coordinating appointments, managing upkeep and repairs within the building and planning events. You will also be involved in using Excel and Salesforce for sales analyses and will be responsible for creating reports and PowerPoint presentations. 

The Office Manager Role: 

· Oversee all areas of office management

· Greeting visitors, answering calls, purchasing office supplies

· Coordinating appointments and managing calendars

· Oversee office facilities – liaison with building management on repairs etc.

· Plan company events

· Coordinating travel – including flights, expenses etc.

· Production of sales analyses and reports

· Creating presentations to be delivered to management team

· Flexible working hours

The Office Manager Candidate: 

· Experience as an office manager

· Confident user of Microsoft Office including Excel
