As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be:
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring staff are meeting performance standards.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support as needed.
Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to enhance the dining experience.
Assist the general manager where required
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will have:
Previous restaurant experience in a supervisory role or similar
Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
