The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Year 5 Teacher to cover maternity leave from September to April. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, inspiring and educating young minds during a crucial stage of their development. The role is open to a full-time candidate or a potential job share, offering flexibility for the right individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of Year 5 students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Plan and implement a balanced curriculum in line with the school's standards and policies.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the well-being and academic progress of students.
Participate in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably as a Year 5 Teacher.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
