Position: Full-Time Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant in EYFS

Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire - NN4

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full Time until the end of December 2024 for now - potentail to stay on longer

The Role: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students across various year groups. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher with classroom activities and lessons.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Helping to plan and prepare engaging learning resources.
Encouraging students to reach their full potential and build confidence.
Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a safe and respectful atmosphere in the classroom.
