Negotiator/ Senior Negotiator- Oxted- £40,000pa – OTE- DOE

Are you an ambitious individual with experience in sales negotiation, who is looking for an opportunity to flourish financially and within their career.

About my client:

My client is a successful yet independent estate agency and surveying company which has 5 offices across Surrey.

About the role:

You will be responsible for driving new business growth through valuations, follow-ups, and listings, as well as ensuring an exceptional service is provided at all times.

Your core responsibilities will consist of:

• Conduct property valuations, and listings to win new instructions.

• Work closely with colleagues to coordinate communication with clients.

• Keep abreast of knowledge within the property market and keep updated with changes in legislation and regulations.

• Attempt to get on new business through all calls, emails, letters, and marketing.

• Provide updates to vendors on marketing activity and feedback

A previous estate agency background is preferred but isn’t essential.

I am looking for the following skillset/ characteristics:

• You will be confident and well-presented and always down for a challenge.

• You will be target driven and have an exceptional sales ability.

• A desire to succeed as part of a team and personally is essential.

• A driving licence is essential

• Being organised is essential
