The Chef de Partie role:

Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food.
Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records.
Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen.
Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Head Chef objectives.
Assist in communication of any food, equipment, and logistic requirements in good time prior to all service times.

Additional Information

You must provide your own knives and whites as part of this Chef de Partie role.

Essential Skills

Hold a current Level 2 Food Safety Award
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food and beverages
A calm, self-motivated, open-minded, and innovative person who takes pride in their work.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Thrive on a challenge.
Team player who is also able to work unsupervised.
Hardworking and dedicated.
Flexible, reliable and punctual.

Desirable Skills

You will ideally have worked at a high-profile venue, preferably within sports.
