**Salary: £24k - £25k per annum**

**Job Type: Full Time**

An exciting opportunity for a talented **Chef de Partie / Pastry Chef** to join a fantastic unique fine dining hotel in St Andrews. This is a great opportunity for an experienced **Chef De Partie/Pastry Chef** with a passion for great food and people. This Chef De Partie role provides the opportunity to work in a prestigious 2AA rosette restaurant. The Chef de Partie who has the ability to support the Sous Chef in running the kitchenoperations will be rewarded with great career progression opportunities.

**The Job Role**:

- Great people manager and culture focused
- Excellent team player able to support both the Sous Chef and junior kitchen team members
- Passionate about fresh food, and is always looking for opportunities to develop the menu
- Standards focused - able to maintain consistency

**Skills Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in fine dining environment
- Have a passion for delivering great menus
- Previous experience in a 1 or 2 AA rosette restaurant highly desirable
