Job Title: Trainee Quantity Surveyor

Location: North London

Package: £25,000 per annum plus package

Skilled Careers are working with a Brickwork Subcontractor who are on the look out for an Trainee Quantity Surveyor to work on projects within Central and North London.

This Subcontractor are in an excellent space now due to having £10m worth of work that will run until 2027.

Responsibilities

Running multiple high rise residential projects across North London and Central London.

Administer the client payment cycle up to and including Final Account including the Project Change Account to maximise income, achieve required margin and best possible cash flow position.

Establish contemporaneous records which follow project systems.

Collect elemental costs and measurement information

Requirements

Ideally Brickwork experience.

Experience within the Construct industry.

Able to work part of a team and individually.

What is in it for you?
