About the role:

We are excited to invite applications for a Part-Time EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team in Harrow. This position is ideal for a passionate educator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to make a significant impact on our young learners. This role is a new addition to our team as we expand our Early Years provision to better serve our growing community.

The part-time nature of this role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to work in a supportive, resource-rich environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of our youngest students, contributing to their growth and development in a meaningful way.

You will be working with a class of up to 25 young children, supported by a team of dedicated teaching assistants. The class is designed to be engaging and interactive, with a focus on fostering curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant EYFS experience.

• A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and best practices.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young children.

• Experience in creating inclusive learning environments and supporting diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality EYFS teaching that inspires and supports young learners.

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that meet the needs of all students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure each child’s development.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging active participation and a love for learning.
