About the role:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team. This full-time, long-term position is available immediately due to a recent retirement and offers a competitive daily rate of £160-£210. The role involves leading a well-behaved and enthusiastic Reception class of 25 students, providing them with the foundational skills they need to succeed in their educational journey. This position stands out for its unique opportunity to shape young minds in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

As an EYFS Teacher at our school, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to inspire a love of learning in our youngest students, laying the groundwork for their future success. You will work closely with a supportive team of teaching assistants and fellow educators who are all committed to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialization in Early Years or relevant experience in an EYFS setting.

• A deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and a passion for early childhood education.

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet the diverse needs of your students.

• Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing regular feedback to both students and parents.

• Creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.

• Collaborating with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroom and the school.
