Are you a dedicated and skilled Scrub Nurse looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and close-knit team?
Our clients orthopaedic hospital in central London is seeking a passionate Scrub Nurse to join their team. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of patient care and contribute to the continuous improvement of their services.
Your role will be to assist in the delivery of patient care, contributing to quality management, by preparing surgical equipment for orthopaedic operative procedures as well as coordinating surgical supplies and equipment. You must be able to conduct patient checks and ensure all documentation is completed prior to surgery.
You will be responsible for monitoring the patient's condition throughout the procedure, taking appropriate action to manage complications, and be able to communicate effectively with all those involved in the patient's care.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration

External Advanced Scrub Practitioner qualification
ENB 998 and/or mentorship course and/or D32/33/A1
