Retention/Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Retention/Sales & Customer Service Advisor required to work at my client's Borehamwood offices.
You will need to be in their office until you are fully compliant and trained up. This will take between 4-6 weeks all being well, you will then be able to work on a Hybrid model system. You will need to live near to Borehamwood to be considered.
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
Job purpose:
Taking back-to-back inbound calls, customer service, selling products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all client's customers.
Skills required:
* Previous experience working within a call centre role is essential
* Experience working within a sales or retentions environment is beneficial
* As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
* Customer experience is at the forefront of everything, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service.
* Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know my client's different policies inside out.
* Within this busy role you’ll need to be organised with the ability to work at pace
