The Cocktail Waiter/Waitress plays a crucial role in delivering a sophisticated and enjoyable beverage experience to members and their guests. This position involves serving cocktails and bar food, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the bar area's ambience.

Key Responsibilities:

Have a deep understanding of the bar menu to recommend and craft personalized cocktails for members.
Serve cocktails and bar food efficiently, maintaining a high standard of service.
Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, anticipating their preferences and providing tailored recommendations.
Explain cocktail offerings, ingredients, and flavours to enhance the member's cocktail experience.
Suggest premium or speciality cocktails and additional services to enhance member satisfaction and increase revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate effectively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and order accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and service of cocktails during private events and special functions.
Welcome members and guests warmly, guiding them to their seats if needed.
Present bills accurately and handle payments efficiently, ensuring members are charged correctly.
Follow all club policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional service standard. Qualifications:

Previous experience as a cocktail waiter/waitress working within a high profile, destination bar or private members club.
