Client-Specific Information:
We are currently working with a high-profile client within the hospitality sector who are based at Gatwick Airport. Our client have an impressive 7 lounges spread across both the South & North Terminal and offer a premium experience to all of their customers before their flight.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure al cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans and utensils are washed in a timely manner
Removal of non-essential waste from the lounge and kitchen
Promote a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
Arrange and store all stock correctly
General assistance with the day to day running of the kitchen
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience in premium hospitality would be an advantage
Available to work a mixture of early and late shifts
Able to provide 5 years’ worth of checkable history
Able to provide a basic DBS certificate
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
Interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Excellent attention to detail
Able to plan and be flexible
