**Floor Team Member (Availability for early shifts and weekends needed)**

An award-winning restaurant and bar chain just opened a new venue in Gatwick Airport. We are looking for experienced and energetic Floor Team Members.

Our Floor Team Members are an all singing, all dancing, multi-talented, order taking, food serving, guest entertaining, high fiving legend (singing and dancing not required). They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of our table service day in, day out. They are fast thinking, motivated individuals who work as part of a well-oiled team, ensuring guests are looked after and leave happy consistently.

This venue has a full 18hr a day offering with breakfast lunch and dinner options throughout. Alongside this we will have a delicious array of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines and soft drinks, all geared towards ensuring every guest enjoys their visit in a relaxed yet fast paced environment.

A Vagabond Floor Team Member will be someone who loves making people happy, wants to work with other highly motivated hospitality professionals and cares about the details. As a Floor Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering food, clearing tables and you will also assist with the smooth running of the restaurant.

The Role:

- Cleaning and sterilising countertops, tables and general-use equipment
- Setting up tables and tidying up the store once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
- Maintaining the storage areas and refrigerators
- Receiving deliveries and organising them
- Washing and polishing dirty glasses and putting them back in place
- Polishing plates and cutlery coming from the kitchen
- Removing bins’ waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly at the end of the day
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment like fridges, Wine Machines, Beer Wall Station, Glass Station, etc
- Supporting the Duty Managers in basic tasks like setting up, stocking up and changing wines
- Providing assistance to Duty Managers, Supervisors and kitchen staff, as needed
- Educating guests on who Vagabond is and what we are about
