Job Description:
As a Customer Account Manager/CRM, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Inbound Sales Calls: Efficiently handle inbound sales calls, providing excellent customer service and processing sales orders.
* Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers, enhancing their experience and increasing revenue.
* Customer Queries and Complaints: Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
* Product Advice: Provide expert advice on products and services (full training will be provided), helping customers make informed decisions.
* Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
* Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and warehouse, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
