Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit Production Operatives for their client based in Killingworth.

Are you looking for a rewarding career in manufacturing? A leading industrial powerhouse, is hiring Production Operatives to join their dynamic team.

This will be working 6:30am - 6:30pm and 6:30pm - 6:30am on a continental shift rota basis, however a rota will be giving well in advance

Position: Production Operative

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Maintain a clean and organised work space.
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.Requirements:

Previous experience in manufacturing or production.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
