Our client is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated façade, wall and roof systems. With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, they are an established and trusted name in the industry.
To support growth, they are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join their UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform static calculations for sandwich elements.
Provide technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Preparation of technical drawings as per project requirements.
Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support and training.
Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for customers.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.Required Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support, design, or a similar role.
Advanced skills in CAD software.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driving license.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D software.
Knowledge of SandStat.
