Learning Support Assistant – SEN School

TA/LSA – Full-Time/Part-Time – Chesham

Start: ASAP

Pay: £80 to £100 Daily Rate

Supply Desk are working with a school based in Chesham who are looking for a SEN teaching assistant.

Within the role of a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) you will be supporting children or young adults in the classroom or on a one to one basis, helping them access the curriculum and helping them engage during the school day.

The role will require the following responsibilities:

Support pupils in your care to complete day to day tasks.
Ensure all personal care needs are met if necessary/appropriate.
Assisting with learning and social skills
Carrying out interactive activities to help build their knowledge
Liaise with teaching staff and external parties following care plans
