About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £100 – £120 per day, reflecting the importance we place on the invaluable contributions of our support staff.

The position is available due to our commitment to enhancing support within the classroom environment, ensuring every student receives the tailored attention they deserve. You will be integral to the education of our pupils, working across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classes. Class sizes are small, allowing for personalized interaction and effective teaching.

• The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to supporting children’s learning and development, ideally with experience in a similar role within a primary school setting.

• Key attributes include excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to education.

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is essential, along with a passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.

• Support the social and academic progress of students, including those with SEN requirements..

• Foster a positive learning environment through effective behavior management and pastoral care.
