The Opportunity:

My client are a renewable energy company who are looking for a Project Manager on a permanent basis based in the Bodmin area of Cornwall.

In this role you will be driving projects and striving for the highest Health, Safety and Quality standards.

You will also be involved in Procurement, tendering and design/construction contract negotiation as well as the day to day management of projects in the preconstruction and construction phase.

Skills and Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of onshore wind, civil engineering or construction projects

* Methodical, accurate and process focused approach.

* Strong commercial awareness

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* AutoCAD proficiency

* Full UK Driving License.

* Familiarity with NEC and FIDIC construction contracts

* A strong knowledge of transport and construction methods as they relate to onshore wind projects

* Civil3D proficiency

* MS Projects

* Surveying/setting out experience

* Provision of technical input and support during project development phase

* Estimation and tracking of project costs
