Job Description: Veritas Education Recruitment Company is experiencing rapid growth and we are currently seeking a motivated, ambitious, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Candidate Resourcer working along side our Early Years team. This role is pivotal to our company and presents an exciting opportunity for personal and professional development, with the potential to fast-track your career to become a Recruitment Consultant.

Responsibilities:

Conduct candidate sourcing activities to identify and attract suitable candidates for various job positions
Utilise a variety of recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and suitability for specific roles
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
Assist in the coordination of candidate interviews and assessments
Support Recruitment Consultants in managing candidate relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and improve overall recruitment processesRequirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates
Excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A genuine interest in the education sector and a passion for helping individuals find suitable job opportunities
