We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join an outstanding team at an award-winning private nursery in Leyland. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role in a well-established nursery known for its excellent standards of care and education.

About the Nursery:
Set within beautiful grounds, the nursery is housed in a charming building that provides a warm and welcoming environment for children and staff alike. Recently inspected in 2024, the nursery received a "Good" rating from Ofsted, reflecting its commitment to high-quality early years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional care and education to children, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain the high standards of care and education.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers.Requirements:

Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Benefits:
