The're looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our growing Technical Team, to deliver the exciting variety of projects we have in our pipeline. You will be reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be working as the technical lead on projects, coordinating a team of third-party consultants and internal design teams to facilitate the technical design of using the companies  Category 1 MMC (volumetric) Build System to deliver social and affordable housing schemes.

You will be:

Maintain Viewpoint for projects on assigned projects & Lead on applications and approvals from statutory bodies (Building Control, Planning,Utilities, Highways etc.) You will review and scrutinise design information from the Design Team to assist in compliance and quality of design. You will have regular site attendance to achieve an understanding of the design manufacture and site delivery of our product & Coordinate the work third-party Engineers and Designers. You will be inputting to and management of Predevelopment & Desing programmes.

You will need to be:

Technical coordination, architecture and/or engineering practice experience Developer or Main Contractor experience, specifically working under JCT D&B Contracts.You must be able to be part of a diverse and dynamic team and add to our communication and
culture and be resilient, driven, future-focused, conscientious, reliable, creative and flexible and be able to run or step up to be responsible for the design and technical function of our developments with the support of the department manager
