Social Housing Site Manager

I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager for a Decarb project working on tenanted domestic properties in Crewe. This is an ongoing contract until at least December, with the chance for it to continue well into the New Year. The contract has been set up and is running smoothly, and a Site Manager is needed to take over and see the project through to completion

This contract will involve:

Roofing
Loft Insulation
Window and Door Replacements
EWI works
The Social Housing Site Manager will be needed to:

Appraise RAMS
Arrange and complete inductions
Carry out weekly inspections
Manage Direct and Subcontractor labour
Report back to the project manager
Ideally, I'm looking for a Social Housing Site Manager that:

Holds their SMSTS
Holds their 1st Aid Awareness
Holds their Man Handling, Working at Heights and Asbestos Awareness (can be taken online)
Has experience working on Decarb and EWI works

In return, the Social Housing Site Manager will receive:

£27 per hour
ongoing work til the New Year
The opportunity to move onto other contracts once this project is complete
