Spinwell is recruiting for a Senior Facility Engineer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FACILITY ENGINEER

Deliver professional engineering services to enable the Principal Asset Engineer in fulfilment of the strategy for the upkeep of all assets and equipment client needs in order to deliver the Programme.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE SENIOR FACILITY ENGINEER

* HNC with suitable additional experience to Incorporated Engineer equivalent level.

* Membership of an engineering institution.

* Understand what a safety case is.

* Understands relevant legislation.

* Nuclear background/experience

* RAF/Defence background may provide transferable skills.

* Background in Project/engineering management

* Regulatory and legislative experience

* Engineering side/degree preferred or equivalent experience.

* A manager rather than a doer

* High level overview

* Substantiation

* Compliance assessments
