A global client of ours, with its UK headquarters in Hampshire are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to work within a significant portfolio of digital transformation.

The client is looking for an individual who has experience in shaping and sizing initiatives across multiple areas of Technology with a strong agile delivery background.

The Agile Delivery Manager will:

Lead definition of new demand into the portfolio.
Work with technical teams (Networks, Infrastructure, Architecture, Business Analysis and Testing) to establish complexity & effort to identify its priority.
See some of the initiatives through to delivery if the client is restrained on capacity within the existing delivery teams.
Implement Agile best practices
Coach and coordinate teams in the adoption of Agile techniques

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have an extensive background in hands-on Agile delivery with more recent exposure to portfolio prioritisation and demand management.
