A successful Yorkshire law firm, with offices across the region, is looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to join their property team based in Pontefract.

The role would suit candidates with experience in sales and purchase conveyancing.

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the CSM
* Producing relevant letters and documents
* Updating the CSM
* Issuing contracts on sale files
* Assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries
* Ordering searches
* Dealing with exchanges and related paperwork
* Setting up completions
* Issuing mortgage reports to clients
* Dealing with incoming
* Dealing with telephone enquiries
* Filing, billing, faxing, photocopying, sorting post and archiving
* General administration duties
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Experience in conveyancing – sales and purchase
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to assist with a caseload and work under pressure
* Ability to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
* Flexible approach
* Team player
* Proficient IT skills
* Literate and numerate
