We are partnering with one of the UK's leading Law firms, currently seeking an exceptional Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Pontefract.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a Conveyancing Fee-Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor with several years of experience managing a diverse Conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload consisting of Sales, Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, Re-Mortgage, And Transfer of Equity transactionsUtilising assistance and a case management system to handle tasks efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing DepartmentDemonstrated ability to manage a caseload from start to finishStrong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficientlyA collaborative team player
