Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher

Job Description:
Aspire are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEN, with experience working with students who have a range of learning difficulties and disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students in the classroom.
Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists and support staff, to support students' holistic development.
Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on students' progress and collaborating on strategies for support.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience working with students with a range of special educational needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, dyslexia, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Strong understanding of differentiating instruction and implementing accommodations and modifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
