We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in Wolverhampton, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in various educational settings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one or group support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Help students with personal care, if required, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Monitor and record students' progress, maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Encourage independence and promote positive learning experiences for students.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers.
- Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Flexibility to work in different educational settings as required.
- Relevant qualifications, such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent, are advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £80.00-£100.00 per day

- Wolverhampton, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
