Divisional Manager - Recruitment
Due to continued growth and expansion, New Resource Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a Divisional Manager to lead and grow our Nottinghamshire division.

Role Purpose:
As the Divisional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and operations of the Nottinghamshire team. Initially, you will focus on establishing our local presence, building relationships with new and existing clients, and expanding our reach into targeted companies. As the division grows, you will be responsible for hiring and developing a recruitment team to execute our strategic plan.
You will be accountable for meeting hiring goals by sourcing new clients and filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Your role will involve setting and maintaining division standards, ensuring efficiency, achieving consistent growth through new client acquisitions, and managing cost and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow Revenue and Market Share: Deliver on the division’s strategy, increase brand awareness, and engage with the right profile of clients for New Resource Recruitment.
* Service Management: Ensure the highest levels of service for clients, contacts, and the community.
* Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day divisional operations, including covering operational activities during staff absences.
* Team Development: Train, develop, and drive the team to meet targets, goals, and KPIs in line with our 360-recruiting model.
* Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory governance and act as the second line of defence for issue escalation.
* Business Development: Grow new client acquisition and explore new opportunities.
* Data Management: Monitor and report on all data required for effective role performance.

* Proven skills in National PSL management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation.
* Strong business development and leadership abilities to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
* Creative thinker, proactive in driving the business unit.
* Confident in delivering sales and process training.
* Positive, resilient, with a professional attitude, even under pressure.
* Passionate about excellence, setting and maintaining high standards across the division.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Capable of making independent and difficult decisions, with a focus on effective problem-solving.
Core Experience and Qualifications:
Desirable:
* University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and membership in a recruitment regulatory body.
Required:
* Over five years of experience in the recruitment sector, with a proven track record of growing your own desk or division.
* Strong business development skills.
* Excellent recruitment, operations, and people management skills.
* Strong working knowledge of employment law, IT, and CRM software.
* Deep understanding of interview techniques, applicant screening methods, and a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
* Must have a full UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits and business development duties.
