With a network of over 160 mobile showrooms, franchisees offer a range of products directly to customers, providing immediate delivery and local support, while fostering long-term relationships, as demonstrated by the retention of 70% of franchisees for over five years.

Description

* Own the project plan and all supporting documentation for AtlasPro, ensure documentation is always

up to date and accurate.

* Work with business stakeholders to identify and deliver the system and operational improvements.

* Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

* Regularly meet and liaise with management teams regarding overall progress, prioritization and

resolution of potential issues.

* Work with and drive stakeholders to manage the delivery of project to scope, costs and timescale and

take full ownership for the implementation of the project.

* Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and work with stakeholders to

devise contingency plans as required.

* Produce user and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows for project

and change work streams.

* Ensure sufficient levels of test execution alongside User Acceptance Testing to ensure new features and

improvements are fit for purpose and can be released with confidence.

* Transition from development into live operation through a rigorous quality-controlled testing process.

* Ensure the IT Support Team are trained on any new solutions or enhancements and can support them

after launch.

* Conduct post implementation reviews in order to assess if the objectives and benefits have been

delivered successfully and create lessons learnt to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

* Liaise with third party stakeholders, both colleagues and external parties, to deliver and implement the

agreed solutions to improve business efficiency.
