Our client are an ambitious and growing interior fit-out contractor based in Glasgow. As they transition from FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects to comprehensive internal fit-out works, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the growth of this area of the business, ensuring compliance, effective site set-up, and adherence to regulations, while driving customer-focused and solution-oriented project delivery on sites throughout the UK.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing our fit-out projects from inception to completion with project values ranging from £250k - £750k at present. You will ensure that all contracts are properly managed, compliance standards are met, and sites are efficiently set up and operated. Your expertise and leadership will be pivotal in guiding our client through this exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee full internal fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

* Set up and manage project sites effectively, ensuring smooth operations and safety compliance.

* Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring a customer-focused approach to all projects.

* Drive solutions to any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.

* Coordinate with Site Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, compliance records, and progress reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in managing internal fit-out projects.

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* Strong understanding of project management, compliance, and regulations related to fit-out projects.

* Customer-focused with a strong solutions-driven approach.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to influence and drive the successful growth of the business area.
