Job Opportunity: Project Management / PMO

Role Overview: A globally recognised brand, are hiring for their Business Transformation team to drive transformation and innovation across European operations. As a PMO Specialist, you'll establish project management structures and ensure successful project delivery across the European offices based out of our UK head office

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects across countries and divisions.
Implement project management best practices.
Support innovation initiatives.
Identify emerging trends and develop new business offerings.
Collaborate with R&D teams on new initiatives.
Provide training on project tools and frameworks.
Prepare project reports and presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Project Management certification (Prince 2, APM, PMP, Scrum, Agile).
Understanding of Design Thinking and Change Management.
Adaptability to new technologies and business needs.
Degree in Business or relevant field.
Experience in project management/PMO on complex projects.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
Creative thinking and ability to develop strategic initiatives.
Strong relationship-building skills for managing projects.
Excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Copilot.

Salary: £53,500k Basic + excellent benefits package

Location: Bracknell, must be a commutable distance within a 1hour drive.

Flexible working: Hybrid (50% of the calendar month must be on-site)
