Are you passionate about education and supporting the learning environment in a secondary school setting? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cover Supervisor at a secondary school in Wellingborough.

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your responsibilities will include supervising students in the classroom, ensuring that pre-prepared work is completed, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere conducive to academic progress. This position requires someone with exceptional behaviour management skills and a genuine commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in behaviour management, ideally within a secondary school setting.
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or working in a similar role within education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and engage students in learning activities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subject areas and year groups as required.Salary: £90-100 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
