About Us:
We are a dynamic and supportive primary school in the heart of Wellingborough, dedicated to providing an enriching and nurturing learning environment for our students. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education for our students in the absence of their regular teachers. Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervising and managing classrooms, ensuring students remain on task with their learning activities.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Supporting students' educational and social development.
Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery.
Upholding school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behavior management.Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in covering lessons within a UK school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
The ability to engage and motivate students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
