Pertemps are seeking an organised and personable Administrator to assist our client on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy school environment and can manage both reception duties and administrative tasks efficiently.

The Duties of an Administrator:
Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
Maintain student attendance records and update school management systems
General Data Entry tasks and administrative duties using Arbor
Perform a range of administrative tasks including typing, filing and photocopying
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Uphold safeguarding and confidentiality policies at all times
The Requirements of an Administrator:
Provide a professional and welcoming service.
Enhanced DBS essential
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with school management systems (desirable but not essential).
