Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
* Developing and implementing effective sales processes to drive outbound sales

* Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team-orientated goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
* You should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an outbound business development role
* You should have strong delivery with your communication as well as interpersonal skills
* Ideally, you will be proficient in analysing sales tactics and performance metrics
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required
* The proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs is required
* You should have good customer service experience
