Description

Manage the credit control process and maintain a low level of overdue accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Handle customer queries relating to their accounts in a professional and timely manner.
Contribute to the improvement of credit control procedures and processes.
Work with other departments to ensure all invoices are issued promptly.
Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and reports.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required.Profile

A successful Credit Control should have:

Relevant qualifications in Accounting & Finance.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
