Social Worker | Fostering Team | Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council
We are looking for a Social Worker with current Fostering experience to join a busy front door Social Work team. The Social Worker will be expected to work on site in Tameside for at least 3 days a week with Foster Carers.
As a supervisor to foster carers you will have experience and extensive knowledge in the Fostering Minimum standards and The Fostering Regulation Services (England) 2011. You will be a part of an exciting team and will play a wider part of offering support, supervision and training to the whole of the foster carers, alongside your own caseload.
To be considered, you must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in Social Work, Social Work Degree or equivalent) as well as at least 3 years post qualified experience working as a Qualified Social Worker within a similar team.
