Telephone Sales - 35 Hours 3;2 office split

My client has been established for 80 years and is the UK s number one in its field within the construction sector. The holding company has 4000 staff in 17 countries and is Europes largest. The UK arm has 150 staff from impressive new offices in Cheshire Oaks. So its a large company with a family feel and over a third of staff hve been there 10 years or more.

Candidate Requirement -

The successful candidate will be self- motivated with a strong desire to build a career in a global orgainisation. The training programme can last up to six months dependent on experience and your learning skills , so it will appeal to people who want a long-term career in the lucrative world of sales.

Experience

* In an ideal world the candidate will have one year plus experience in a telephone sales environment and be of graduate calibre.

* Some knowledge of appointment making or the construction industry would be of use but not essential.

An Overview

You will be a member of large , well-established sales team . Initially the role is telephone sales making quality appointments for the Regional Sales Representative, to present our products to potential clients whilst undergoing a award winning training programme. Initially the role is high volume and so despite working for the market leader you will need resilence.

Once you finish the training the company will start to plan your longer term development based on your skill set , attributes and performance. It is a meritocracy and opportunities are there in a expanding multi-national with 4000 staff. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude.

The Role

* Work towards monthly KPIs and objectives.

* You will be required to use our internal IT system to accurately log calls, book appointments, produce quotes / orders and update spreadsheets.

* Self-source new leads by using multiple channels. • Ensuring you and the business remain GPDR compliant at all times.

* Be open to performing other tasks as the manager and business requires.
