We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Leeds area.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair, and service forklift trucks and other materials handling equipment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of equipment and will be a vital part of our service team, ensuring the highest standards of service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and servicing of forklift trucks and materials handling equipment.

* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.

* Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service manager and clients.

* Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

* Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in maintaining and repairing forklift trucks, construction plant, agricultural machinery, or specialist military vehicles and plant.

* Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Full UK driving license.

* Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable.
