About the role: We’re looking for a passionate and creative Early Years Teacher to inspire our youngest learners. In this long-term role starting in September 2024, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the early educational journey of our students in a nurturing and well-resourced environment. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Teaching Assistant, and work alongside a team of caring professionals in a welcoming and friendly school community.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience in EYFS or early primary teaching.
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
• Strong Understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Ability to effectively implement and adapt materials to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning in our EYFS students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual needs of each child.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and progression across the EYFS curriculum.
• Engage with parents and caregivers, maintaining open and supportive communication to support children’s development.
