Up to £30,000 + Monthly bonus

Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Our client is looking for an Ocean Export Clerk to organise export documentation and bill of lading to join a vibrant team.

An award winning company established in the 80's with a brand new modern office and opportunities to progress.

The right candidate will take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail with a background of ocean freight exports and experience dealing with bills of lading paperwork.

Main Duties:

Raising bill of lading and shipping instructions.
Ensuring bills of lading are correct before being sent.
Amending document errors when required.
Ensuring deadlines are met for customs and bill of lading.
Completing certificates of origin, ATR and EUR1.
Entering VGM using online portals.

Requirements:

2 years' experience in raising bill of lading
Experience using systems - CNS and Destin8 (Desirable)
Knowledge on Ocean freight
