Role: Site Engineer
Location: Aberdeen
Type: Full-time, permanent

Our client, a reputable civil engineering contractor, is looking to expand their team in Aberdeen with the addition of a Site Engineer. They're committed to delivering work of the highest standards while ensuring the safety and well-being of their team members. Their dedication to this ethos was recognised with the "Excellence in Health and Safety" award at the Trade Awards 2020.

Responsibilities:

Setting out and surveying the site
Implementing strategies in line with management's directives
Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy
Overseeing quality control and health and safety protocols on site
Obtaining permits and warrants
Maintaining company quality procedures
Meeting project deadlines and budgets
Mentoring and supporting junior staff
Assisting the team with additional site engineering tasks as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a civil engineering contractor
Experience in setting out for groundworks and infrastructure projects
Relevant civil engineering qualification (HND/C or Degree)
CAD or ground modelling knowledge is desirable but not essential
Valid CSCS card and UK driving license
