Construction Site Engineering Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our team at Contract Scotland. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying the site to ensure accurate measurements and layouts.
- Implementing strategies in line with management's directives to achieve project goals.
- Reviewing plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety protocols on site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Obtaining permits and warrants as required to ensure project progress.
- Maintaining company quality procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in our work.
- Meeting project deadlines and budgets while ensuring the highest standards of quality.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Assisting the team with additional site engineering tasks as needed to ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a civil engineering contractor.
- Experience in setting out for groundworks and infrastructure projects.
- Relevant civil engineering qualification (HND/C or Degree).
- CAD or ground modelling knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card and UK driving license.
