This role offers a fantastic opportunity for you to manage the financial aspects of a range of construction projects, contributing to the company's continued success.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all cost-related functions, including cost estimation, budget management, and contract administration. You will work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed financial reports, managing subcontractor accounts, and handling variations and final accounts.

You should have extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a regional contractor environment, with a strong track record of managing complex projects. Excellent commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders are essential.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £65,000 plus a comprehensive package, with excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a well-respected regional contractor.
