As a pivotal member of the customer service team, your role will involve providing comprehensive support to customers across various queries, including technical issues, contractual matters, repairs, and major breakdowns. You will be the calm in the storm during sudden breakdowns, collaborating closely with engineers to manage and resolve issues swiftly.

Candidates must possess robust communication skills, both orally and written, and demonstrate a proven ability to manage a high workload with a proactive and reactive approach to resolving customer complaints. Your background in customer service, whether it be in a call centre or within the hospitality or retail sectors, will have equipped you with the ability to understand, empathise, and provide a customer-focused journey.

A "right first time" mindset is essential, as you'll be expected to go above and beyond to rectify technical issues, including serious breakdowns. Confidence and proficiency in various computer applications are also key to your success in this role.
